Yesterday I posted a nice challenge for all my readers to win ec credits in a hand of poker. Today I got an email from entrecard saying that my account was deleted. (What a joke) They claim I had the widget on a “quick drop” page. Which was not the case. I place the widget on my free promotion page. After reading the rest of the email. I got the clear picture why they deleted my account. Entrecard wanted their widget sitewide. (Not going to happen) I rather leave entrecard then put that widget in my sidebar taking up value space. The only reason I used entrecard in the first place was to play with my alexa rank. I will just have to use my other way to play with my alexa rank. (lol)

If anybody on the entrecard stuff reads my blog. Good luck with your business.

Yesterday I talked about contests but today is all about a little challenge to all my readers that uses entrecard to a hand of poker. I am new to poker so for you beginners this is a fair poker game. I always want to talk with my readers that’s why I made the forum but none of you want to post in it. So that was a bust. (For now) As for the poker challenge we will be playing in the “play money” tables so you don’t have to make a deposit.

How can we play poker?

How to win EC credits?
Depends on how many you want to bet. The minimum bet is 50ec. The maximum bet is 1,000ec.

How can we make it a fair game?
We will play 5 hands and the player that wins 3 of 5 hands win the EC credits. The wins only count if you or me win the hand since I know it will be other people in the table. I will post wins and loses in the forum. That way everyone know who I lost to or beat in the sport of poker.

Since I started using entrecard, I wondered what I can do so get a lot of ec credits and what to do with them. I came up with a thought. I asked myself why didn’t I think of it sooner. First off, I read many blogs about how to get a lot of ec credits. Many have good ways of doing so.

Entrecard has a 300 drop limit and 600 drop limit per ip address. Well I use entrecard for my blog and a friends blog. Today I am only talking about my blog. So my drop limit is 300 ec credits, which is no problem for me.

When Should I Drop?
This is the easy part to learn. Right after the reset I do my drops. This will give all those that you dropped on to do the same on your blog all day. Fastest way to do your drops . Most of the time only 140 will drop back on your blog. (Remember, don’t use this as a traffic resource)

What To Do With The EC Credits?
Save the EC credits for private deals. Most bloggers will accept 3,000 EC credits for a month ad slot. This is where you start building your brand. It don’t matter if anybody click to your blog. As long as people start to get to know your banners around the internet. Once they hit your blog finally, they will know what your blog is about. If they don’t bookmark your blog the first time don’t worry. If your content is good, once they see your banner again. They will click it and make sure they bookmark it or subscribe to your blog.

How Can I Get More EC Credits A Day?
After you got the first steps done. This is the easiest way to get extra ec credits. Go to their forum in 2 sections. Marketing & Promotions and Events. People will pay for comments, diggs, stumbles, reviews, and more. After making the normal 440 ec credits, hitting the forums earn me around 500 - 1,000 ec credits easy.

What Else Can I Do With EC Credits?
This is always fun. Run a contest on your blog. You have to offer something big. I gave away 10,000 ec credits, ad space, and free copies of my ebook and still only a few people joined the contest. I am thinking if you not offering 100,000 EC credits or more. Nobody cares about your blog giving away ec credits.
(Side Note: Contests giving away ipod, iphone, digial camera, etc. always do good.)

I’ve started making a list of blogs that accept entrecard credits as payment for advertisement. I make over 450 ec credits per day from drops. So its easy for me to make 12,000 ec credits a month. Good blogs are charging 500 - 900 ec credits a week to advertise on their blogs. I just ask them how much for a month. They drop the price a little bit. My list of blogs to advertise on will grow. This is kind of cool. I see some people are leaving entrecard. I personally just thought of a plan that a few are already put in action. I notice something different about my experience with entrecard. I have been dropping on 300 sites right after 12 midnight for the pass 3 days. I have notice that I get around 200 drops on my blog now. Before it was averaging around 50 drops on my blog.

Now that I am getting so many drops you will think that more people will join the contest. Well think again, its the same people over and over earning more and more KM points. If this keeps up with the same people over and over. I will award them with the prizes that they place in and the left over prizes will go to them.

Back to talking about my entrecard experience. Since I been dropping so much I maintain 8 ads sold in my entrecard account at all times. When one is done and start the next, somebody buys a slot asap. This is kind a cool for me. With so many EC credits, I will do one big campaign after giving away 10,000 EC credits at the end of the month. How many ads are sold in your EC account at all times?

Hello Readers & Future Readers;

I am doing my first sale of EC credits. I was going to wait until I had a lot of credits but I just wanted to know how long does it take for 1,000 EC credits to sell at $5. I seen prices all over the place. Crazy price like $1.99 for 1,000. It seems that the normal price for 1,000 EC credits are $5. So my price is $5.

I don’t know why people would list 1,000 EC credits on eBay. Paying a fee on what is already changes. So while we are still promoting BidJunk and its growing everyday. I would like to help out the entrecard community by letting them know about BidJunk so they don’t have to pay a fee for no reason.

Hello Readers & Future Readers;

I have joined entrecard a few days ago. This services is free advertisement for blogs. You visit other blogs and drop your card. Other bloggers does the same. Most card droppers don’t be on your site for more than 5 sec. You earn ec credits when you drop your card on other blogs, and when bloggers drop their card on your blog.

Now I have seen many EC users are selling EC credits. I have seen as low as $5 per 1,000 ec credits to high as $10 per 1,000 ec credits. I don’t know if they are selling or not. I visited their forum a few times and it seems they are selling on eBay. We all know how I feel about eBay. BidJunk will replacement eBay in a few years. Since we don’t charge listing fees nor final sales fees. OK, let me get back on the subject.

I read a blog which says newbies to EC should buy ec credits to buy ad space on other blogs. I agree, this can jump start you getting ec credits from others dropping on your blog. I have been dropping on around 200+ blogs everyday. I have been racking up on these ec credits. My plan is to get 10,000 ec credits before I start buying ads on other blogs. I also have 2 spots available for ec users to buy using ec credits. only 5,000 ec credits for a month spot. If I sell these 2 spots my ad buying will begin and I can focus on posting.

If you have a blog and you are not using Entrecard. You are missing out big time. I know some bloggers are mad that ec users don’t be on their blog that long. Once you have enough ec credits to buy ads on lot of blogs their readers will come to your blog to check things out. So make sure you have great content for them to learn from.
