Freeroll Tournaments
Today I am going to talk about the freerolls I take part in held by the poker sites. I will be giving you the complete run down and show you the best chances you have of winning. Keep in mind I do play in all of the freerolls when I am online.
Full Tilt Poker
Max Players: 2,700 (Always get full before it starts)
Rebuys: No
Add-ons: No
Places Paid
1st: $15
2nd: $12
3rd: $9
4th: $7

6th: $5
7th: $4
8-9th: $3
10-27th: $2
My take on this freeroll is simple. It is very hard to win. The first thing I do is allow the “donkey’s” to do their all-in bullshit. After that you have the serious players to deal with. Becare there are some donkey’s left in the tournament. How you think they got that big chip stack. Now that they have a big chip stack, they can focus you all-in with a small part of their stack. This can go in your favor though. Wait until you have like a full house and go all-in against them. They will call and you double your chip stack. Be very careful when doing that. The best I got so far is 46th place in a freeroll held by full tilt poker.
Absolute Poker

5th: $3.25 + entry into $1,000 freeroll
6th: $2.50 + entry into $1,000 freeroll
7th: $1.75 + entry into $1,000 freeroll
8th: $1.30 + entry into $1,000 freeroll
9th: $0.85 + entry into $1,000 freeroll
10-13th: $0.70 + entry into $1,000 freeroll
14-18th: $0.52 + entry into $1,000 freeroll
19-30th: entry into $1,000 freeroll
My take on this one is wow. So many players enter the freeroll you will have to go through a lot to win this one. The good thing is there are a ton of donkey’s in this tournament. Within the first 10-20mins. Over 1,000 players are already out of the tournament. My advice is take your time and find the perfect times to go all-in. That’s the only way you going to win this one. My best in this tournament is no way near the money.

I really love this site. They really are trying their best to make it a great poker site. My take on their tournament is good but slow at times. Since its running on flash the tournament crashes sometimes. When that happens you get $0.03 or $0.04 because the crash is at the beginning. Once the tournament get going 100-200 players will be out pretty quick then you great the serious players left. Try not to make a mistake because they do know how to make you go all-in. Since there’s are rebuys some people have money to throw away so you will see some people lose and come back into the tournament. Most of the time its only 13-18 rebuys. When it comes to the first break you can get 1 add-on. Most of the time it would be around 3-6 add-ons. Don’t worry, I never do a rebuy nor do a add-on and my best place so far is 15th. So just stay focus and you can place in money too. They run a freeroll every hour so if you lose one go for the next one.
