Today I am going to talk about which is better for small blogs when it comes to advertisement. Should a blogger have an “your ad here” or his/her own advertisement in place until advertisers buy an ad slot. I want to clear it up and help other small blogs.
Any bloggers that would like to network or just have a free ad slot open place my banner on your blog. You have an 125×125 ad you would like for me to place on my blog until one of my advertisers buy the slot. Let me know, please have my 125×125 ad on your blog/website before emailing me your request to get your ad on my blog. 468×60 is also available. More sizes will be available soon keep updated on that by checking this about kushmoney.
Tomorrow I will go over how to get advertisers to advertise on your blog and talk out prices with them. Some may ask me how do I know this if I don’t have any advertisers. I gave TNX.net a free month 125×125 ad for being the first to pay for an paid review. I am also talking with a few advertisers about ad slots, amount of months, prices, and terms.

I think exchanging banner spots is a good idea, rather than leaving it empty.
Dropped a card on you, by the way.

Yeah, it made sense to me. I see the big blogs never have an 125×125 that say “your ads here” even when there is a available ad slot on their blog.

Hi Kush. What do you think of putting a “nofollow” with the ad? I think the objetive of an 125×125 ad is to get known by other bloggers and not to transfer PR. Does Google see 125×125 ads as link selling?

I don’t know about google and thinking its selling links or not. I do think not putting “nofollow” will help blogs with pr 0 get their pr higher faster.

Great post kush. I can’t wait until tomarrow, because i cant seem to sell any of my ad space, even at $.20 a week!
Also, maybe you could email me if you have time about how to make an ebook, because reading yours lead me to want to make my own.
thanks,
zach

Uh.. I didn’t know that we should put a no follow tags on all of the 125×125 advertisements?
or is it considered link selling?

I would take a look at the big blogs and see if their using “nofollow” or not.

This idea of banner exchange is good but it is kind of fooling the advertisers!
Just wait for some more time and create a buzz in blogosphere, advertiser will pownce on you.Have patience…
